Julian L. Bannister started his career in McDonald's at just 14 years old. His experiences there instilled in him the values of leadership, independence, and service. By the age of 16, he invested in an Energy company building a team of more than 1700 entrepreneurs. During this time, Julian's commitment to leadership propelled him into a role as a district manager at 22, where he successfully managed multiple restaurant concepts, driving performance metrics and inspiring large teams. Closely thereafter Julian took on a Director of Ops position.

In 2009, Julian earned his insurance license, and this endeavor expanded his clientele base to some of the biggest companies on the East Coast. In 2013, he met his husband, Yannick, and quickly realized their ambitions aligned. Together, they founded a cleaning company that began as a hoarder service, transforming lives by providing fresh starts. Named "New Beginning Cleaners," the company aimed to change lives and help clients embark on a new chapter. Thereafter the couple introduced recurring services to thousands of homes and eventually expanded to commercial properties. New Beginning Cleaners now spans through 8 states, over 2000 employees and has garnered recognition in numerous newspapers and magazines, earning seven awards for their leadership and impact.

Together, the couple built an empire that reflects their commitment to leadership and service, launching "The Boys Entertainment," a company that produces and manages shows, artists, and events across the country. Responding to their requests for advice on love and relationships, they founded "The Boys Elite Matchmaking," a service that helps women and men find long-term partners. This company is the ONLY company that has a Gay couple coaching Straight people in the quest for love and a guideline to a successful marriage.

Tragically, Julian lost his beloved grandmother, Cynthia F. Blaizes, who was not only his confidant but also a significant influence in his life. Reflecting on her experiences of not being valued or respected in her later years, Julian and Yannick established The CFB Foundation in her honor. The mission is to ensure that no Senior Citizen feels the neglect, loneliness and burden that Cynthia experienced. Julian believes that "All Seniors should be cherished and celebrated rather than forgotten and neglected as they enter their Golden Years." As the President and CEO of The CFB Foundation, he is committed to ensuring that no elderly person ever utters the words Cynthia once did, “I don’t want to live anymore.”

Julian L. Bannister leads with integrity, kindness, and a dedication to transforming the way seniors are cared for, all while continuing his commitment to service and love in his other ventures. He lives by Nelson Mandela's mantra: “What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others.”
